Where the locals go: to stay in the know

Whether you’re a longstanding local, a curious newcomer, or you’re just passing through, finding reliable information about the happenings in our vibrant community is essential. Lucky for you, we know where the locals go, and we’re happy to share!

There’s an app for that

There’s an app for everything these days, and our unique little pocket of the world is no exception. Keep up to date during fire and flood season, plan an epic rainforest adventure or stay in the know on all things Lismore and beyond with these handy apps.

Extra Extra!

Don’t underestimate the power of print! Our region boasts some fantastic local publications that dive deep into the stories that matter most to us. Keep an eye out for the latest issues out and about in the community or check out the digital publications online.

Local Noticeboards

Take a wander through the heart of your town, and you’re likely to stumble upon the beating pulse of local information – community noticeboards. These colourful bulletin boards are a treasure trove of announcements and event flyers. From markets to community events, it’s the grassroots way to connect with your neighbours.

Last but not certainly not least, we recommend following locals (like us!) on social media.
