We’re excited to share an important update to our branch trading hours, one that’s designed to better support you! Based on your feedback we are making changes to ensure we are available when you need us most.
We heard that having branches open during lunch hours would be more convenient for you, and we’re happy to make that a reality. With these changes, you’ll now have more flexibility to visit us at a time that suits you best.
New trading hours, from Monday 7 April 2025
Lismore: Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri, 9:00am – 4:30pm. Tues 9:30am – 4:30pm.
Kyogle: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm. Closed for lunch 12:30pm – 1:00pm.
All other branches: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm.
While our trading hours are changing, our dedicated team will still be available outside these hours for lending appointments and other services. We want to ensure you receive the best possible support when you need it.
