Direct Debit
Direct debit is a convenient way to keep your bill payments on track. A direct debit is a payment authority established between you and a business you need to pay, enabling them to debit the funds from your account for the value and period of time you have agreed to. The authority is established using your BSB and account or customer number. This can be helpful as you don’t need to remember to do it each month, e.g. paying insurance premiums. All you need to do is ensure there are enough funds in the account when the payment is due.
Cancelling a Direct Debit
To cancel a direct debit, you can download and complete the Direct Debit Cancellation Form and send it to us, call us on 1300 802 222 or visit your nearest branch.
If the payment you wish to cancel is made using a credit or debit card, or is established as a scheduled electronic funds transfer (not a direct debit), please contact or visit us.
