As a team leader, I really enjoy the opportunity to guide and support my team, drawing on my strong background in customer service to help them excel. I take pride in nurturing a collaborative and positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to deliver exceptional service to our community. Leading a team allows me to mentor others, share my passion for ethical banking and sustainability, and ensure that our collective efforts have a meaningful impact.
Our Nimbin branch team are highly skilled, friendly and most importantly, local.
