We’re so excited to announce that we’re rebuilding the Lismore Branch!
As you may remember, our Lismore Branch and Head Office were severely damaged by the floods in 2022. But we didn’t give up hope! We’ve been working hard to design plans to rebuild our facilities and make them better than ever. And now, we’re ready to start the construction, which will be completed by March 2024.
What does this mean for you, our valued customers?
- You’ll be able to enjoy a fully serviced branch that can meet your financial needs, with modern equipment and friendly staff.
- You’ll experience less noise and more privacy in the branch, thanks to the acoustic reduction material that we’ll install. Don’t worry, this material can be easily removed or lifted in case of another flood.
- You’ll be part of a resilient and sustainable community that can withstand future floods. How? By using flood-resistant materials and finishes for the floors, walls, doors, desks, and other items. By having a plan to relocate all the movable items and equipment to the first floor of Head Office in case of a flood. By being prepared and proactive.
We know that this is a big change, but we’re confident that it will be worth it. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new and improved Lismore Branch and Head Office!
In the meantime, we’ll be relocating the branch to 89 Molesworth Street, just a few doors down from our current location. Our opening hours will remain the same, so you can still visit us anytime. We appreciate your patience and support during this transition period.
