1. Eligibility
1.1 The Daily Prizes are open to all visitors of participating Summerland Bank branches during the campaign period.
1.2 The Grand Cash Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who hold an active Everyday Account with Summerland Bank who are present in the relevant Summerland Bank branch at the time of the Grand Cash Prize Draw for that Summerland Bank branch.
1.3 The date and time of the Grand Cash Prize Draw of each participating Summerland Bank branch will be promoted on www.summerland.com.au and Summerland Bank’s social media channels once confirmed.
1.4 Participants are eligible to win the grand cash prize at one Summerland Bank branch. Winning the grand prize at one branch disqualifies them from winning at any other branch.
1.5 Participants must be Australian residents to be eligible for any prizes.
1.6 Employees of Summerland Bank are not eligible to enter prize draws.

2. Campaign Period
The campaign will run from 28 October 2024 to 7 December 2024.

3. How to Participate
3.1 Customers and visitors must visit a participating Summerland Bank branch and spin the “Wheel of Good Fortune.”
3.2 Each spin guarantees a prize, which will be awarded immediately at the branch.

4. Daily Prizes
4.1 Daily prizes include Summerland Bank merchandise and gift vouchers to local businesses.
4.2 The availability and variety of daily prizes are subject to limitations and may differ depending on the branch location. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Grand Cash Prize Draw
5.1 Entry to the Grand Cash Prize Draw is awarded by spinning the “Wheel of Good Fortune” and landing on ‘Grand Cash Prize Draw’.
5.2 Only participants with an active Summerland Bank Everyday Account who are present in the relevant Summerland Bank branch at the time of the Grand Cash Prize Draw for that Summerland Bank branch are eligible for the Grand Prize Cash Draw.
5.3 There will be 10 winners of a Grand Prize Cash Draw, one from each branch, with each winner receiving a prize of $600.
5.4 The Grand Cash Prize Draw for each branch will take place at the end of the event.
5.5 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced on the day at the branch and Summerland Bank’s social media pages and website.
5.6 Grand prize winners will be contacted using the details in their entry form.
5.7 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of the announcement, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Collection
6.1 Daily prizes must be collected immediately at the branch upon winning. Failure to collect a daily prize immediately will result in forfeiture of that prize.
6.2 Grand Cash Prizes will be deposited into the winner’s account within 60 days of being drawn, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

7. General Conditions
7.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 Summerland Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
7.3 By participating in the campaign, participants agree to the use of their names, photos, and other relevant details for promotional purposes by Summerland Bank, including on social media, websites, and marketing platforms.
7.4 Summerland Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 By entering the campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the prize draw, fulfilling prizes, and marketing, in accordance with Summerland Bank’s privacy policy.
8.2 Participants may opt out of receiving promotional material from Summerland Bank at any time by following the instructions in the entry form or contacting Summerland Bank directly.

9. Modifications and Cancellation
9.1 Summerland Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including if the campaign is disrupted by technical issues or fraud.
9.2 Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Summerland Bank website.

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Pay it Forward promotion is open to any individual who submits an online entry during the campaign period.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and must complete an online entry form. 
1.3 The Pay it Forward promotional duration will be publicised on Summerland Bank’s website (www.summerland.com.au) and its social media channels. 
1.4 Participants are eligible to enter weekly and can enter for each prize draw during the promotional period.  
1.5 Winners are also eligible to enter more than one prize draw. 
1.5 Only Australian residents are eligible to participate in and claim prizes for the Pay it Forward promotion. 

2.Campaign Period
2.1 The campaign will commence on Tuesday 12 November 2024 at 4pm AEST and conclude on Monday 30 December 2024 at 4pm AEST.

3.How to Participate
3.1 Participants must submit their entries online during the campaign period.
3.2 Participants are allowed to enter every week, even if they have previously won a prize. 

4.Weekly Prizes
4.1 The following weekly prizes will be awarded:
– Week One: 60 days of fuel (1 x $400 gift voucher)
– Week Two: 60 days of pet care (1 x $400 gift voucher)
– Week Three: 60 days of self-care (1 x $400 gift voucher)
– Week Four: 60 days of groceries (1 x $1,300 gift voucher)
– Week Five: 60 days of coffee (1 x $400 gift voucher)
– Week Six: 60 days of entertainment (1 x $800 gift voucher).
4.2 Prize availability and variety may be subject to change. 
4.3 A total of one (1) weekly winner will be selected, with total prizes across six weeks valued at $3,700. 
4.4 The prize draw will be conducted at Summerland Bank’s head office in Lismore. Prizes may be sent via registered post or collected in-branch, depending on the winner’s location. 
4.5 Each weekly competition will be open for seven days, with the prize draw taking place at 10:00am every Monday for 6 weeks commencing Monday 25 November 2024. 
4.6 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries, announced on Summerland Bank’s social media pages and website, and notified personally. 

5.Prize Collection
5.1 Winners can collect their prizes from any Summerland Bank branch or have the prize sent via registered post.
