Some of our customers have reported receiving fake phone calls from Summerland.
Please remember that Summerland will NEVER:
- Ask customers to disclose their PIN or personal banking details in an unsolicited email, SMS or telephone call;
- Ask customers to disclose their card number or any other information on their card;
- Ask customers to click on a link in an email or text message which then asks customers to log in to their account or download an app;
- Ask customers to transfer funds to prevent fraudulent activity from occurring.
A scam caller may also tell you that you must act urgently to avoid consequences.
